The TapToPark app is completely optional. Guests can access their parking session through the secure SMS link they receive or by visiting TapToPark.us and looking up their session using their phone number or Session ID
For guests who park more frequently, the optional TapToPark app makes future visits even faster with quick access to your personal QR code, plus session history, inspection photos, saved vehicles, and real-time notifications.

Nothing beyond a smartphone or tablet your team already has. There's no proprietary hardware to install — sign up, add your locations, and your team can start checking in vehicles the same day.
